General Questions

Standard orders are printed, engraved, and fulfilled within 5–7 business days. Rush options with 48-hour turnaround are available for most products at an additional fee.

Yes, we are located at 405 NW 18th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. Local pickup is available during our standard business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 10am–3pm).

Absolutely. We provide a digital mockup for your approval before any customized order goes into production — at no extra charge. Production begins only after you approve the proof.

Orders & Shipping

Yes. We ship directly to all 50 states using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Tracking information is automatically provided once your order ships.

Because custom-engraved or printed products are personalized specifically for you, they are non-returnable unless there is a production error or defect. We stand completely behind our quality — if we made a mistake, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it immediately.

Yes! We offer drop-shipping and fulfillment services to multiple addresses (ideal for corporate awards or gifts). Please contact our sales team to arrange customized shipping logistics prior to placing your order.

Artwork & Files

For the best results (especially for engraving and screen printing), we heavily prefer vector formats such as:

  • .AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • .EPS
  • .PDF (Vector based)
  • .SVG

High-resolution raster images (.PNG, .JPG) can be used for sublimation or full-color products, provided they are at least 300 DPI.

No problem! Our in-house design team can help recreate a low-resolution logo, set up artwork for engraving, or design customized layouts for your corporate apparel or trophies.

Wholesale & Dealers

Yes! Built directly into our platform is tiered wholesale pricing for bulk orders (e.g., ordering 100+ shirts or 50+ award plaques). Discounts automatically apply in your cart.

If you are an ASI, PPAI, Sage member, or a specialized retailer, you can apply for our Dealer Program via the "Dealer / Reseller Login" area at the top right of this page. You’ll be required to submit documentation (like a resale certificate) and upon approval, you’ll unlock dedicated dealer rates.

Yes, approved dealers enjoy full blind drop-shipping capabilities. We ship using plain packaging with your company listed as the return sender — no Midas Print Press branding included, protecting your client relationship.
