Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about processing times, shipping rates, and order fulfillment.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and finalizing your digital proof approval. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For custom awards, apparel, and heavily personalized items, please note that order processing officially begins only after proof approval. Delays in proof review will extend your final delivery date.

  • Standard Processing: 5–7 Business Days
  • Rush Processing: 48-Hour Guarantee (Available at checkout for a fee)
  • Bulk/Wholesale Orders: 10–14 Business Days depending on volume

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We proudly partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to provide you with the most reliable transit options based on your location and order size.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or carrier disruptions outside of our control. We appreciate your patience during these rare events.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

For large freight deliveries (applies to pallet-sized dealer orders), our carrier will contact you directly via phone to schedule a delivery appointment.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping exclusively to Canada and Mexico. At this time, we do not ship to destinations outside of North America unless negotiated through our Dealer Program for bulk fulfillment.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Midas Print Press is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at support@midasprint.com.

  • Please file your damage report within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include detailed photos of the damaged items and the shipping box.
  • We will initiate a claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement order for you right away.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and let our support team know so we can assist in investigating.

Blind Drop Shipping (For Dealers)

Approved Midas Print Press Dealers have access to our blind drop shipping service at no extra cost. When selected at checkout, your orders will ship in unbranded boxes with your company's name listed on the shipping label as the sender. No pricing or Midas Print Press packing slips will be included in the box.
