By accessing and placing an order with Midas Print Press, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Midas Print Press.

Under no circumstances shall Midas Print Press team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.

All custom orders require final approval of a digital proof before moving into production. It is the customer's responsibility to review proofs carefully for:

• Spelling, grammar, and punctuation accuracy.
• Layout, sizing, and color placement.
• Resolution and quality of uploaded artwork.

Once a proof is approved, the order enters production and cannot be modified or cancelled. Midas Print Press is not responsible for errors present in the approved proof.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment in full is required before any order moves into production unless prior net-terms have been established for registered dealers.

We accept all major credit cards. In the event of a pricing error on the website, Midas Print Press reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.

By submitting artwork to Midas Print Press, you warrant that you have the legal right to use, reproduce, and distribute the submitted material. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Midas Print Press from any claims arising from alleged copyright or trademark infringement resulting from the reproduction of the artwork you supply.

Midas Print Press reserves the right to refuse to print any material that we deem offensive, defamatory, or in violation of intellectual property laws.

Production turnaround times are estimates and start after proof approval and payment receipt. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Midas Print Press is not liable for delayed shipments caused by:

• Carrier delays (UPS, FedEx, USPS) including weather and logistical issues.
• Delays in proof approval by the customer.
• Equipment failure or material shortages.
